The Carco Group was formed in July 2000 by the merger of two long established Bristol-based family-owned Renault dealers, City Motors and S J Cook & Sons. We added a site in Weston-Super-Mare to the Group in June 2002. In July 2007 the acquisition of City Motors Citroen, which is also a Volvo authorised repairers, further strengthened the offering. In November 2008 the group added Kia sales and servicing to the Weston-super-Mare branch.

The success of our Group has been built on strong family traditions and values. Our objective is simple: to ensure that the customer’s satisfaction remains the highest priority for us all, regardless of job function or status.
