I have a New/Used vehicle on order – will I still receive this?

Yes you will still receive your vehicle on order in due course. Although there are circumstances outside of our control at present i.e. forced closure. We are working very carefully with the manufactures to continue to fulfil all of our customers order, as quickly and as efficiently as possible. A member of the Sales Team will be in touch over the coming days and weeks to advise you further.  (PLEASE BE ADVISED NOT ALL NEW VEHICLES HAVE ARRIVED ON-SITE DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTION).

Can I collect my new vehicle?  

Our dealerships are now closed in response to the Government Guidance with everyone's health and well-being our primary concern. Our physical showrooms are therefore temporarily closed until further notice and you will presently be unable to collect your new car until further notice. I would like an update on my car on order?

If you have not yet been contacted by a member of our Sales Team, please contact us via our Contact Form  or by emailing enquiries@carcogroup.co.uk ensuring to include your Name and the Make & Model of vehicle you are purchasing. My current finance agreement is due to end? What do I need to do?

If you have a car on order with ourselves and have yet to take delivery, please contact us via our Contact Form or by emailing enquiries@carcogroup.co.uk ensuring to include your Name and the Make & Model of vehicle you are purchasing. Once we have received this a member of the team will be in touch shortly to provide you with an update and further support and talk you through the next steps.

If you do not have a car on order with ourselves, please contact your finance provider directly who will be able to provide you with further guidance on the next steps. I need some more information on my new car?

I can’t get hold of the Sales Executive I have been dealing with?

We’re sorry you have been unable to get hold of your Sales Executive, unfortunately our sales department are shut and will not have access to their emails outside of work. If you could please contact us via our Contact Form or by emailing enquiries@carcogroup.co.uk and a member of the Sales Management team will contact you shortly to provide help and support.

I am unable to visit the dealership to complete any paperwork.

My Car/Van is due a Service/MOT – Can I book this?

Unfortunately as of Thursday 2nd April our workshops are temporarily closed. If you would like to make a future booking please fill out the Contact Form or by emailing enquiries@carcogroup.co.uk and we can review this with you to see how we can best assist.

My Car/Van needs to be repaired – Can I book this?

 How can I find out when my Car/Van is due a Service/MOT?

If you are unsure when your vehicle is next due a MOT, please visit the DVLA Website using the below link to check the whether it has a MOT certificate and when it runs out. www.gov.uk/check-mot-status. If you are unsure when your vehicle is next due a Service is due please contact us via our Contact Form or by emailing enquiries@carcogroup.co.uk ensuring to include your Name, Make & Model and registration number of the vehicle it is regarding.

My Car/Van is booked in and I can no longer bring it to you?

We understand that this is a difficult time and you may be unable to visit the dealership – please contact us via our Contact Form or by emailing enquiries@carcogroup.co.uk and we will look at the options available to you. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accommodate Collection and Delivery Service due to the current health risks the collection and delivery service has been removed at this time, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

My Car/Van is booked in for a Collection and Delivery, will this still happen?

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accommodate Collection and Delivery Service, if you have not already been contacted a member of our team will be in touch to advise the next steps.  Due to the current health risks the collection and delivery service has been removed at this time, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I have a booking next month; will this still take place?

As of Thursday 2nd April our workshops are now closed until further notice. If you have not already received contact from our service department to discuss your options available please contact us via our Contact Form or by emailing enquiries@carcogroup.co.uk should you need to discuss this further.

Is the Parts department still open?

 As of 5:30pm Wednesday 25th March our parts department will be closed, with reopening dates to be confirmed.

Can I speak to someone for technical advice?

We will try our best to accommodate this request where possible. Our employees’ Health and Well-being are at the forefront of what we do – for this reason we will be running on reduced staff so may not be able to respond to your request immediately. Will I still be able to have a courtesy car?

At present, our courtesy cars will operate on a reduced basis, this will need to be discussed with you prior to your booking and standard T & C’s apply.

Although every effort has been made to maintain the cleanliness of our vehicle, courtesy car are to be used at your own risk.

Will my Renault warranty be affected due to the service being delayed?

Statement from Renault:

The vehicle must be serviced according to approved Renault standards as described to the customer in the driver's handbook in order not to risk invalidating the warranty should an incident be due to the lack of or quality of servicing.  However, any service delayed as a result of the COVID-19 crisis where the customer has been asked to self-isolate or dealer activity has been restricted, will not affect the warranty.

Will my Citroen warranty be affected due to the service being delayed?

Statement from Citroen:

In light of the recent Government instruction’s Citroën will extend the Service Schedule by up to 3 months / 1800 miles, providing you meet this extended service schedule your warranty is not affected.
