Following the Government’s announcement regarding a national lockdown, Carco Group will remain fully operational as normal until 5th November 2020.
From Thursday 5th November 2020 (until further notice):
All of our service departments will operate as normal and remain fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. We will continue to operate in a COVID-secure manner and comply with all social distancing measures including an appointment-only system, protective screens at our service desks, as well as cashless payments.
Sales showrooms and used vehicle external display areas will not be open to the public until further notice. However, our ‘digital sales’ teams will be busy working behind the scenes within the dealerships to continue assisting our sales customers remotely. We will be able to talk to you via phone or a personal video to meet your needs as if you were with us in the showroom.
Our customers will also be able to "Click & Collect" a New or Used car or van which has been purchased directly from our dealerships, although the handover will take place outside from a designated exterior handover area. Full social-distancing practices will be in place to ensure our staff and customers can engage safely. "Click & Deliver" home delivery options will also be available and all handled in a COVID-safe manner.
Our staff remain on hand to assist with all sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat through our website, which enables you to reserve a car online, as well as booking a service, repairs, or MOT.
We would like to thank you for your patience and for working with us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to visit and work. We are open for business but in regards to sales, please call or email us rather than visiting our showrooms.
We would politely ask all service customers to adhere to the guidelines regarding the use of face coverings & the NHS Track & Trace App whilst visiting our dealerships.
