Added: 10 March 2017

Last week at the Geneva International Motorshow 2017 our manufacturers revealed some exciting new models and concepts.

Take a look below:

RENAULT NEW CAPTUR

Distinctive styling and new advanced technologies.

The Renault Captur was unveiled with more distinctive styling and new advanced technologies.. 36 colour combinations enable the customer to tailor make the appearance of their New Captur. Three new body colours have been introduced which will enhance the striking two-tone colour schemes. Full LED Pure vision front lights enhance the look and safety of the vehicle whilst also reducing glare. Furthermore New Captur incorporated the C-shaped LED daytime running lights that have become recognised as the brand’s lighting signature. The New Captur has adventurous credentials with the addition of a chrome strip to the radiator grille and the bumper incorporating skid plates.

Renault revealed that a range-topping Captur Signature S Nav version will be available. The S Nav Trim level comes with an abundance of luxurious details and features, including heated Nappa leather seats, chrome embellishments, leather trimmed door panels, aluminium pedals and door seals.Alongside all of this the in-car technologies include Blind spot warning, easy park assist, hands-free entry and key-less ignition, all of which is complimented with a premium BOSE audio system and R-Link multimedia system.

RENAULT ZOE E-SPORT CONCEPT

Midway between a production model and a racing car. Perfect for lovers of extreme driving sensations.

The Renault ZOE e-sport concept showcases Renault’s commitment to the ongoing development of electric vehicles.

The all-electric single-seater series has proved a popular and accessible way for the public to enjoy high performance electric racing.  The two-seater ZOE e-sport concept echoes the styling of the latest Renault single-seater race cars, and its colour scheme, of Satin Blue and flashes of yellow, reflects the livery of the e.dams team. The body structure is made of carbon fibre and car tips the scales at just 1,400kg including the battery. In addition to this the excellent aerodynamics helps the car accelerate from standstill to 62mpg in 3.2 seconds. Two motors deliver a total of 460bhp.

DS7 CROSSBACK

An SUV like no other

Muscular, charismatic and attractive, the DS7 embodies power and poise through its design.

DS7 Crossback was revealed prior to the Geneva Motorshow but it was on display for all to see its hypnotic design and refined lines. Three-pyramid-shaped LED units, glow purple then spin 180 degrees to face outwards when you unlock the car. These three units can rotate up and down and side to side. With five modes, including one for motorway driving which extends the reach of the bean. After dark a forth cornering light comes into play. Features will include adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist and autonomous parking, plus driver fatigue monitoring. An infra-red night vision system designed to help drivers spot pedestrians and animals in the dark will be an option along with semi-autonomous driving system.
